Our Policy

  • Fingernail Chips, Smudges or Other Damage

    Corporate Nails And Spa is not responsible for any kind of damage to your nails after you leave the premises. Any repairs or related manicure or pedicure services will be priced according to our regular established rates.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We request 24-hour advance notice if you are unable to keep your nail, skin care, massage or other appointment for any reason. This allows us a reasonable opportunity to serve another customer at that time.

  • Payment Policy

    We gladly accept cash, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks due to potential problems that can arise.

  • Arrival Time

    To allow us to keep all of our clients on-schedule, please arrive on-time or a few minutes early for your scheduled service. If you arrive 15-minutes or more late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your visit or to give your time slot to the next customer.

  • Children in the Salon

    Please make every effort to arrange for alternate child care services. This maintains a relaxing environment for you and our other customers. Children here to receive services must be constantly supervised. The chemicals in our salon cannot be touched by little fingers! If you must bring your child along, make sure that there is another adult along that is not getting a service. In this way, your child will be supervised at all times.

  • Gift Certificates

    Since our gift certificates are treated the same as cash, so they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

  • A Very Important Reminder

    Please promptly inform your aesthetician and/or nail specialist of pregnancy, any medical condition and/or any medications that you are currently taking. It’s important to notify us of any changes to your medical condition or to your medications since your last visit.
